All services provided by ElieMystic LLC are custom, non tangible, and personalized spiritual or digital services.
Due to the customized nature of these services, all sales are final.
Once an order is placed, the service enters preparation and execution. For this reason, refunds, cancellations, or returns are not offered.
This policy applies to all services, including but not limited to rituals, consultations, readings, and other personalized digital or spiritual services.
Right of Withdrawal (EU Customers)
For customers located in the European Union, you acknowledge that these services are customized and begin execution shortly after purchase.
In accordance with applicable EU consumer regulations governing digital and customized services, the right of withdrawal does not apply once performance has begun with the customer’s consent.
By completing your purchase, you expressly consent to the service being initiated prior to the end of any statutory withdrawal period.
Non Returnable Services
As no physical goods are shipped and all services are delivered digitally and energetically, returns or exchanges are not applicable.
