All services offered on this website are digital and intangible in nature. No physical products are shipped.

Upon successful purchase, the client is purchasing a personalized digital service. The service execution timeframe is scheduled individually with the client after order confirmation.

Service Processing Time
All services are performed within a timeframe of seven (7) to fourteen (14) business days following the date of order confirmation. The exact execution date is determined in coordination with the client via direct communication.

Delivery Method
Delivery is completed exclusively via electronic mail to the email address provided at checkout.

Once the service has been fully completed, the client will receive:

- A formal completion notification email

- The corresponding digital documentation and/or video record related to the completed service

This delivery is typically sent within twenty four (24) hours after the service completion date.

No Physical Shipping
As this is a fully digital and customized service, no physical shipment, tracking number, or postal delivery applies.

Client Responsibility
It is the client’s responsibility to ensure that the email address provided at checkout is accurate and accessible. The company is not responsible for delivery issues caused by incorrect email information or spam filtering.

Proof of Service Completion
For verification and administrative purposes, a digital record of service completion and delivery confirmation is systematically retained. This documentation may be used as proof of fulfillment in the event of payment disputes or chargeback investigations.

Non Instant Delivery Notice
By completing a purchase, the client acknowledges and agrees that this is a scheduled, custom digital service that requires a processing period and is not delivered instantly.
