We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after your purchase to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your order must be non-fulfilled (i.e., no work has been done on your ritual). You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

European Union 14-Day Cooling Off Period
If the order is being placed within the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason and without justification. However, this only applies if your order has not yet been fulfilled (i.e., the ritual has not been started). You will need to provide proof of purchase to request a cancellation.
Refunds
We will notify you once your refund request is reviewed and inform you whether it is approved. If approved, your refund will be automatically processed through your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card provider to process and post the refund.

Important Note for Personalized Services
Please be aware that our ritual services are highly customized and personalized to each client's needs. As such, once a ritual has been started or fulfilled, refunds are not available. By purchasing a custom ritual from ElieMystic, you acknowledge and accept that these services are non-refundable once initiated.
